My sister has had a crush on a guy for weeks. She found out tonight he was gay. She's very upset. She was at a party with him but she wanted to leave her heart was broken. She said she's not feeling well she wants to go to bed but she'll probably be crying all night because she'll dream about him like she had been for the past week. She just watched parts of a James Bond movie that had a love scene in it. She can't watch anything about love right now or else she'll cry. She said there's nothing good on anyway. She's shaking and she's crying her heart out. She said they would have been perfect together even though he was 6 years older than her. I told her he'll always be her friend but she wanted more with him. She said she's never talking to him again and she never wants to see him again. She's really hurting right now. She wants to send him a messege on Facebook but she's scared she'll cry. Is it normal for her to cry over him ? How can I help her feel better ?

    She can plant drugs in his car and phone the police anonymously and say he's a dealer.
    That should make her feel better.

    She'll get over him eventually, you need to help her get busy with other things so she doesn't think about it too much.

    you probably can't make her feel much better. Sounds as if she built this relationship up more in her mind than reality.( since he is gay ) you can just be there for her. always rough when a dream is destroyed.
