Is it normal to cry and hyperventilate over my chemical romance?

When I heard that My Chemical Romance were doing a new music video I cried and started hyperventilating. Did anyone else do this? I also lick my Gerard Way poster and imagine it's him but my friend told me he thinks this is weird. Is it?

    Wow, I like some of their songs but that's a bit over the top. I LOVE some bands and artists but I didn't have a seizure when I met them, or when they release new songs, or when they reply to me, etc...btw Gerard Way is married and has a child. Don't know if you were aware.
