Is it normal to crush on employe?

Well, where I work we all basically have crushes on each other and on our clients. I will feign no modesty, we are a bunch of awesome, good-looking, worldly people and so are they. Relationship status varies and it doesn't interfere on having those crushes or not. I'm one of my coworker's sugar muffin, he's my sweet buns, because he's got a cute ass, and he's another coworker's cupcake, to whom I am 'her beautiful', yes, a girl/girl crush. And then there are the clients. That's a lot of crushing and tension.

However, it's harmless and no one has ever acted on them.

Yet there have been times when a crush got so intense that we've had to avoid certain professionals working with certain clients, but never has it actually ruined anything.

Now onto you and your case, it's up to you to judge how important this is to you. Is this person someone you really like or is this happening because that's the only person you have been in contact with lately? If so, please, get out more. Especially if, like your title suggests, you have an employer-employee situation. Ok, sweets? ;)

It is called being a typical girl. I'm sure if he was single there would zero attraction, because women are retarded and don't make sense.

But don't mess up his relationship with his gf because if wont be pretty
Don't wait for him to be single either because it might not happen and then you'll be passing by great opportunities
Don't let him distract you from your work
Maybe just use him to be your motivation to do good (so you can impress him)

Should you really concentrate on finding someone else. Work relationships are really hard to end up good. I'm going through that as well, not a good feeling at all I'm going to see her in 5 hours which really sucks.
