Is it normal to cringe when touching paper after washing hands?

I seriously cannot STAND the feeling of paper after I wash my hands or get my hands wet. It's soft, but in a really really bad way. It totally makes me cringe, I get goosepumps thinking about it. It's such a icky feeling. Anyone else know what i mean?

    I sometimes get that feeling when I open paper napkins at restaurants.. Lol

    I get that way with cotton balls, and paper after I shower or wash my hands.
