Is it normal to crave for food even when you're full?

I love to eat. I also love to eat even after eating. Foods make me happier not only when I'm stressed. They fulfill my wants. I can't get enough of them. It only happened maybe 2 months ago. I always crave for something my head and my throat says then... The problem is, how can I stop myself from craving? I'm afraid to see myself one day on a mirror with flabby arms and stomach.. I don't want to gain excessive fats... eww... what should I do?

    I swear, if I could eat as much as I wanted without gaining any weight, I would do nothing but eat 24/7.
    Just stick to regular times to eat, three times a day, and drink a lot of water in between. *thumbs up*

  • it´s normal, it happens to me too. What I do when I feel like that is: I drink lots of water instead of eating and the water calms my anxiety.

    maybe you're avoiding to face the real problem...so you focus on food to relieve yourself. it's a nervous hunger!!
    you should go to a pasycologist for a help...don't be ashamed to ask for help...you're not mad , just need to understand where this obsession for food comes from... go to a doctor before it's too late...if you keep on eating this way , you will get fat and then it will harder to back fit.

  • I know how u feel and it actually happens when your bored a chemical is released in ur brain that makes you want another type of chemical and people often get this chemical from food but you can also get it from exercise. It really works!
