Is it normal to crave for food even when you're full?
I love to eat. I also love to eat even after eating. Foods make me happier not only when I'm stressed. They fulfill my wants. I can't get enough of them. It only happened maybe 2 months ago. I always crave for something my head and my throat says then... The problem is, how can I stop myself from craving? I'm afraid to see myself one day on a mirror with flabby arms and stomach.. I don't want to gain excessive fats... eww... what should I do?
