Is it normal to control bodily functions while listening to music?

So this is quite weird for me. I just signed up for this site to ask this question so here goes.
I love music, all types of music, alot, but the genre I love and listen to the most is dubstep.
So I especially listen to dubstep the most when I am sitting in the car travelling somewhere (my family does alot of long distance driving and i have to sit in the back seat)
And I will close my eyes and just enjoy the beat and the synths and the melodies.
Pretty soon i enter this sort of deep state of mind where i am aware of the movement of the car but nothing else.
It's just my mind and the music.
At this point i will imagine two oponents in my mind and as the bassdrop comes they begin to fight.
I immediately get goosebumps, but only on the right side of my body. Then after this if i focus really hard on a certain area of my body i can minupulate the muscles there. I have altered my heart beat before and even made myself nearly ejaculate (i know that i nearly did because i felt it and it felt exactly the same as when i am just about to ejaculate when i masturbate, but obviously i cant do that in the car with people around so i stopped myself)
I am also aware that when i do this tuff my REM is really fast.
When i open my eyes i feel small in the space i am in, its a really weird feeling.
I can only do this in the car. Can someone help me i dont know if this is normal and i want to know if it can harm me or not.
Also when i open my eyes i feel Extremely cranky and annoyed.
I am not trolling or seeking attention, please help me.

You are most probably very deeply meditating. And you should be happy, many people find it hard to go into deep meditation, if they ever can do.

First of all, in my comment, I am assuming that you are listening through headphones or earplugs, not through a car stereo, so you are the only one who hears it.

I think what you are experiencing when in the car is a the rhythmic vibration from the car combined with the music helping lull you into a state of extreme relaxation. A lot of parents will say that they can sometimes take a ride in a car to help get their baby to sleep. But for you, I feel it is this state where your more subconscious and, typically, unconscious thought processes can become more heightened and give you a greater control of your body and a greater awareness of your body.

When you wake up, I think you might be cranky/annoyed is because you've created a stimulation of your brain that leaves it in a higher state of excitement. It is not you waking up, it is when you take the stimulation away, your brain is still seeking that state. You are reacting in a manner similar to someone who is taking drugs or drinking and coming down from a high or waking up from a hangover and dealing with things returning to normal.

I don't think you can hurt yourself from this as long as you don't take it to an extreme. I don't think it's normal, but that doesn't mean it's not something that everyone is capable of, it's just something not many people are aware of.
