This might sound lame but the best thing you can do is exercise and eat healthy and visit the doctor on a regular basis and perhaps get a physical. Worrying about your health is an easy and bad habit to get into. I used to worry a ton and then I realized when I thought I was sick, I was just stressing myself out and when I really was sick there was always a solution/treatment. If it helps you can always take vitamin C or other vitamins that support the immune system. I hope this helps as I know what it is to constantly have these worries in the back of your mind!

i suffer from generalized anxiety and what the dr calls health anxiety. i lost my mother when i was little and i believe this is the cause of it. i guess im always afraid deep down that i'll end up like her. she died at 41 and missed so much. i now take medication for my anxiety and feel alot better!! i'm not saying jump to that but i suffered with really bad health anxiety for about 10 years and therapy didn't help. it would probably sorry be best to talk to someone. good luck and take care!!!
