Is it normal to constantly think of the worst...
I have had problems for as long as I can remember of having day dreams of terrible things. For example, I'm pregnant and I have had daydreams of being shot, stabbed, in a car crash, and losing the baby to stillbirth and etc. I've always had these daydreams and I tend to get so lost in my own mind when I do that I have even thought its really happened. Is it normal to have constant thoughts or daydreams of such horrible things?
