Lately sex has been the one and only thing on my mind . Ive been thinking about sex with guys ... Girls ... Both . Im not sure if its hormones or what ? Help ?

Avoid conversations about sex, that includes webpage links.
Look at people in the eyes.
This should help lower you libido as for most people it's simply a matter of thinking they want to fuck everything.
