Yeah, its due to negative experience. I used to think that way until I found someone who cared more than the othee guys I had been with. Remeber there are also men who are prejudice towards women (such as they are fake, too much make-up or they are rude because they don't give me their number etc etc) but we all know there are good girls out there, the same with guys, there are good men out there, it is just going to the right places to find one.
Depending on your age and the age of the guys you are interested in you/they might not be ready for a serious relationship which is why people act foolishly. Just date and have fun and you eventually meet someone you deserve. I feel like I'm nice and ended up with a great guy who I trust 100%. Hopefully you just sound angry because you are frustrated. If you are always like that I don't blame guys for not being nice to you because your post sounds knd of bitchy.
