Is it normal to constantly have to pee when my feet are cold

Whenever my feet get cold I have to pee every five minutes! It's so annoying I can't believe it. Does this happen to anyone else???

    I have to pee everytime my bladder gets full.

    I get the same feeling, except I don't go pee until I actually need to
