Is it normal to clog toilets often?

Whenever I poop I sometimes clog the toilet. And by sometimes I mean like.. Once a week. is it normal for this to happen? How big are chunks of poop usually? I am 100% serious about this and I was wondering if anyone else does this too. Any tips? It's embarassing..:/

    Maybe you need to do a mercy flush half way through. That's not normal.
