Is it normal to claim that governments get rid of korean prostitutes?

Millions of prostitutes coming to the Western country including the U.S. For the U.S., we used to ask Koreans to have Visa for entry, but after 2008, when the CBP switched the system of ESTA Korea approved for the waiver scheme. I hope the government revise that visa waiver against Koreans, and local authorities make more efforts on that. The NY congress has recently adopted the issue regarding Korean prostitutes during the WW2 by the Japanese, but US is nothing to do with that business but the MP should focus on the issue that damage the Americans.
