Is it normal to chew the insides of your cheeks

I do it like a maniac. One question: How come it never wears down in there? It's like there's an endless supply of skin that keeps coming off when I bite!

I've never done that but I know someone who does. She said he does it a lot especially if she's hungry or just ate.
