Is it normal to change your outfit 9 times till you find the right one

Lately I have been taking forever to figure out what to wear. I have a lot of clothes and its all clean. There is too much different possible outfits I could wear that I end up changing like 20 TIMES! It takes me forever. Is it normal to change that many times just to go out to the gocery store?

    Throw out some clothes so u dont have as many clothes to chose from :)
