Is it normal to care too much about my car?

Firstly, i'd like to say that i am a car enthusiast. I love cars and i love driving, so i take great pride in my car. In fact i care about the car so much, that i make sure she is always clean and runs like a dream. I even plan on getting a "AMG" bumper and bi-xenon headlights to improve the optics. And i get very, very angry if people mess with any of the interior settings, or lean on the car, or even touch the paint. It drives me mad if someone moves the air vents. I have a small brush to clean those. Or if anyone messes with the aircon. I don't mind adjusting the climate, music, etc to keep the passengers happy. I just want them to ask. Slamming doors or tapping on the wood trim usually ends up with me yelling obscenities at the guy who did it (Even if that is my best friend, or girlfriend)

NOTE: I'm mostly normal :D I study in a university. I go camping with my girlfriend. I mess about with friends. We watch games together & drink beer... That kind of thing.
I just take pride in having a nice ride more than i should...

      LOL! For some cars I have a great emotional attachment. For example: When I drive my gf's new (2012) Mazda 2, I feel absolutely nothing! I can drive that car through a ocean of potholes and not care. But when I drove a friend's old 1996 BMW 7-Series, I felt really bad that the roads are full of holes and the car has to suffer.

      Sure, I'll get my uncle's Audi S6. He is an enthusiast too (Not as much as me, but he did get the ECU remapped and got the ceramic brakes + the sport diff)
      So why not :D
