    It can be called head, but I've never heard female oral called a blowjob or sucking off.

      I thought the same, but the OP's use of the term "willy" makes me think there are somewhere outside the US, so maybe the terms are used for female oral sex where they come from?

            I have heard Americans say willy, but it's usually for jokes. Not our regular slang. We almost invariably say dick :P
