I sometimes call my female friends cute or beautiful but always make it clear I don't mean it in a flirtatious way, as I have a girlfriend. I like to be kind to people so I tend to do it. Is that okay? Like I'm too faithful to my girl to ever flirt with anyone else. And I only act like that to my closest of female friends.
be honest now and admit that you do say these things in a flirtatious kind of way. I personally think it's really ok to enjoy attention from other people and even flirt with attractive women occasionally, it is a great ego-boost (not to mention it is part of natural male behavior). Just make sure it doesn't get sleazy and you do not have this attitude at all times.
I agree with above posters that it slightly offensive towards your current girlfriend but most likely she probably occasionally acts like this as well when she knows a guy is responsive to it in a way she enjoys.
Anyway, it doesn't have to mean that there's something wrong with you and your relationship. It's an ego thing and not a love or relationship issue and it has nothing to do with your girlfriend as long as you keep it platonic and make it clear at all times that you are committed to her
It is okay for now, but I am seriously suggesting to stop. It will be a "joke" for a while but after some time it will end up like a mean words and maybe even a cheating.

No, I actually am making her feel like the only girl. The most I ever say to girls is "Yeah, you look beautiful!" or "Haha awh that's cute." It's not like I'm constantly calling them cute or beautiful. I compliment my girlfriend far more than anyone else I know. She knows I'm okay with her calling other guys cute as long as it's not in flirtatious way, because it's only natural. We trust each other.
