Is it normal to bruise everywhere

My body bruises in random spots. I don't know how they happen but one bruise is about 5 inches in length. And i have dots that are bruises that are in the shape of someone pressing their fingertips on my body. Is there anything I can do to bruise less?

I was like that once. I would wake up and be like wtf is on my legs? My friend has a condition like this but instead of bruising, he bleeds. Much worse and a bit disgusting. Plus he is a goalkeeper for a football team. Owch. Good to hear that they have stopped for you anyway.

You probably are slightly anemic (thin blood). Or you jus thave sensitive skin, this happens to me all the time. My mom has it too. It's genetic. Ignore these people who say that it is unnormal. Besides, it's not affecting your health or anything, is it?

Many painkillers, including ibprofin and asprin, contain blood thinners - his can cause unexplained bruising. If you take any other medications read the information sheet again, or ask your pharmacist if they can cause bruising like you describe. In my case, the combination of my regular mess and two doses of ibprofin over a day can cause bruising. It's not a big deal, just try to limit the amount of blood thinners you put into your system in the same day. Alcohol may also factor into this if used in combination.

This doesn't sound good to me. Go to the doctor, it could be a disease. I don't want to frighten you, but this is a symptom of leukaemia (cancer).
