Is it normal to breath out of my eyes?

If you honestly believe you can breathe out of your eyes, I think you have other issues you should be worrying about.

I did ironic, I was trying to "pop" my ears by holding my nose and blowing, then I felt air cone out near my tear duct! My eye got all watery and it felt hella strange.... No-one believed me :(

I know exactly what you are talking about, you block all other air ways and you try to breath out. That's normal, it is letting air escape from your head before something pops, now weather or not it is healthy is another thing.

It's air from your tear ducts that you can force out by holding your nose and blowing. Don't do it any longer because the increased pressure can cause vascular or duct damage.

Ain't no doctor but I know your sinuses connect to your nasal airway up in there somewheres. Some people can even shoot milk out they eyes. Odd fellas thems.
