My girlfriend texted me in the morning to tell me we were through. This came as a complete surprise to me. I asked why and she said the Sim she made of me cheated on her. I told her she didn't need to be like this and to tell me the real reason, and she said that was it, Sims revealed to her what was going to happen and she wasn't going to let me fool her. Is it normal for someone to take Sims that seriously?

    I take it very seriously but only for the sake of humour. A girlfriend and I made Sims of each other and then "punished" them. I made hers shack up with a Bono Sim and then I took still images and made a cartoon strip of her life with Bono.

    Got a good solid punch on the arm for my efforts. She made me the centre of a gay love triangle and made houses full of cute Goth girls but with no doorways in the houses so I couldn't get to them.

        Heh! It would have made more sense if I'd explained that she and I disliked Bono very much indeed, but I guess that came across. Oh, and also that I dream about houses full of cute Goth girls. Houses that have doors. :)

    My girlfriend plays the Sims a lot! I cheated on her in game, we laughed about it, in the game, she basically locked me in a room and burnt me alive :s.... :D
