Is it normal to blow smoke out of lungs without actually smoking?

I don't really know how to describe it but when I'm trying hard to exhale with my mouth closed, and keep the air inside then blow it out a little bit of smoke comes out.

I'm a light smoker (not more than 5-6 a day).

There's little air pockets on the sides of your lungs, smoke is getting trapped in them, when you exhale with my mouth closed your lungs expand and the smoke escapes the little pockets.

Your brain is tricking you into seeing the smoke, probably caused by the way you were holding your breath in. Its called hallucinating.
