Is it normal to blow boogers out of your nose in the morning?

Seriously, every morning I get up and my nose is half plugged, and I blow out these huge boogers. Sometimes they're bloody, too. Is it normal?

    it could also be that your ducts are not clean. and there's a lot of dust in your house. I live right off the highway and there is always debris, so i have a similar situation especially when i get lazy and don't change the filter or what not.. kinda like right now lol

    I blow my nose when I get up. I like it to feel clean.

    It could the position you sleep in.
