Is it normal to bleed alot after first time sex?

I had sex with my girlfriend yesterday and she used a dildo on me for the first time. I think I tore and I didn't really bleed alot, but now it's the second day and I am bleeding a lot. It's getting worse and worse. I also have a really bad headache and I feel nausious and I threw up last night because it hurt that bad. If I stay still it's a dull throbbing pain but if I move (even to adjust my position on the bed) I get a horrific stabbing pain. Is this normal? Should I go see a doctor?
