Is it normal to bleed alot

I got started on birth control about seven months ago and I finally stopped having my period, but when we do oral stuff pretty much only when he fingers me I bleed not to terribly much but it's nasty and I feel unattractive but the weird thing is it doesn't do it when we have sex. IIN?
