Is it normal to bite things out of happiness, anger,..?
Sometimes, when I am really happy, I get the urge to bite things. Other times it's out of anger or stress. I even get the urge when I see a cute baby or animal! Is this at all normal?

I really had a problem with that when I was younger and now have it under control for the most part. The only time I let loose is when Im having sex, then its kinda fun to bite, as long as the other person doesnt mind. Also, i know its weird but i noticed some cats will sort of do a "love bite" when being pet and purring and fully enjoying it. its not hard enough to hurt. mine did anywyas and so does my uncles cat.
I always chew on things. It's not good. Anything, really. Plastic, flesh, metal- whatever it's made of, I'll chew it. I'm getting a bit old for that at 16, but I can't really help it- it's almost subconcious.
I do that too! Mainly when I'm frustrated. I used to pretty much gnaw on my finger. Now I mainly just bite my phone when I get an annoying text or shove my xbox controller in my mouth when I'm on a death streak! Yummm electronics.
i totally do the same thing. i can't help but bite the inside of my cheeks when something's cute. but sometimes i bite my skin out of anger. i know i shouldn't but i just get that urge. idk if it's normal or not.
I got those urges early on in my teenage years. It's pretty embarrassing thinking back on it. Haha. The phase will pass.
