i was just wondering if its normal to bite my lips and rip some skin off? idk why i do it but at the most random times ill start doing it and most of the time i dont even noticed it for example when im on the computer ill be doing it sometimes or when im outside and i get bored i do it too is this normal?
yeah I always had this problem.when younger I'd bite it a lot, I can still feel with my tounge where I bit so much in certain parts on each side it's slight 'sunken in' from where i had obviously bitten off to much over time.
I still occasionally do it alternating from side to side but I make sure to only do it for one day so I dont get an open cut because those things sting...
I do that too, when there is a bit of annoying skin there I bite it off too. Once or twice I did it until my lip was bleeding.
@blu what can i do i try stopping and i ended up doing it but later i start doing it again without me even notecing lol....
biting is normal but if you're skinning yourself and feeling some pain but just ignoring it, then you should do something
I do it also. I've done it for the longest time and my grandma told me my mom and aunts used to do it too. I usually do it when I'm nervous.
I do that too and I don't realize it until it my lips feel funny then I just need capstick lol
I do this, but it only started after I took ecstasy and I figured that was probably the cause.
