Is it normal to binge eat once a week
I'm a 35 yo guy that is in pretty good shape. I jog 5 miles three days a week and hit the guy at least once. However, usually once a week I have a couple beers and then eat anything that doesn't move. Chips, oreos, ice cream, etc. Then I feel guilty for the next few days trying to work it all off again. What's my prob???
