Like the main reason they arent is because they cant consent. Well what if a 16 year old WANTS to be in porn? If they want to then logic says they HAVE consented. Besides if they want people to see them naked why not?
You've not really thought this through, have you? First, have you ever asked yourself why there's an age of consent? What it's there for? The age of consent is there to protect minors who may either lack the physical maturity to have sex or the emotional maturity to make an informed decision.
Many of the men and women who work in the sex industry suffer emotionally and these are fully-grown, fully-formed, experienced people. Yet you, genius, think it's perfectly fine for children to work in this industry.
Furthermore, are you telling me that impressionable kids can't be swayed into a decision by manipulative adults, a decision they no doubt would later regret?
The age of consent exists for a reason and that reason is to protect kids from deviant little fucks like you.

I agree the age of convent should not exist consent should be exactly that consenting to an activity if s/he enjoys it why do we prevent it i think if the child is hurt then the perpetrator should be punished but no harm no fowl is what i feel espetially if both parties are kids.
Dude, dude, dude... this is fucked up. Its too complicated. Yes, there actually MAY be kids that are fully aware of what it means, BUT, just like dappled said, HOW can you make sure they wont be forced into it by adults?! That is just fucked up.
So you want to sexualise children by having someone take naked photos of them? And you really don't think that making this legal sends out the message that sexualising minors in a more physical way is okay? You don't see that distributing child porn to people who have an appetite for it increases the incidence of child abuse?
