Is it normal to believe this all isn't real?

Many people have their own little thoughts on life, but for some reason I don't believe this is real. I know that doesn't make much sense, but I think we are controlled by larger people and are programmer to do every single thing we do, as if we are part of some big test. Is this even remotely normal? And please don't bring religion into this because you can't honestly believe that makes sense either, because you don't know everything.

Thank you!

i think like that sometimes like i start thinking that particular incidents that really happened really dont seem like it and that feeling only lasts for a few seconds. when i was younger i used to be really weird like i would get all depressed and upset on the inside cuz i would think things like i'm the only living thing in the universe and everything else is just an illusion or controlled by robots

When I was little I thought we were all God's Polly Pockets, and it got dark when he closed the lid and stopped playing with us.

When I pinch myself it hurts. It's very real. Life is real. There are many different levels of reality. Our perception is a physical reality. When we die we go from the physical reality to a spiritual reality. We even have evidence of other dimensional realities within our reality. But I won't go too deep into this since you don't believe in Christianity.

  • I understand what your going through. The other day I thought I was having a nightmare about a homeless guy sodomizing me but I was awake and it was actually happening. I am starting to lose touch of reality.

As long as we don't know what's really going on it's better to believe the more pleasant ideas about life and wait for the answers to come

Well if you aren't sure we are real then our answers wouldn't carry much weight would they?

Honestly, I find it easier to believe that we are a computer simulation of some sort than it is to believe there is a God somewhere that created us.
