    Don't shoot heroin? Smoke bud its much less harmful than heroin.. or cement.

    Black tar is refined opium, treated with glacial acetic acid and/or acetic anhydride, and opium is the poppy latex from poppies (flowers), which once exposed to oxygen from scoring the poppy pods, a white milky substance turns into the black tar. So basically it's ~*~From the Earth~*~ like weed is (except not) so it should be okay right?
    Nah, I wouldn't fuck with it. I did it to experiment, but a close friend of mine got sent to rehab for it and I know many people who have died. Drugs like that are just whack, you're MUCH better off without them.

    Just don't do any drugs. Drugs fry your brain, make you paranoid, alter your perception etc. Stay clean, it's much healthier for your body and mind.

          weed doesn't even fuck up your lungs that much. and if you are worried about your lungs you can make pot brownies, or use a vaporizer. The vaporizer purifies the weed.

    I'm not really into drugs, but I'd take heroin before I shot cement up my veins. Atleast in the right doses heroin won't kill me.
