Most shampoos you find on the shelves nowadays contain sulfates, which are meant to clarify hair but it also strips your hair and scalp of its natural oils. In my opinion sulfates are way too harsh on hair so I use shampoos without them and never have frizz.

Washing your hair every day will make it dry and brittle. Try every other day. Or try using a deep conditioning treatment once a week. It's always best to talk to a hairdresser if you're concerned.

It depends on what race you are. Different races have different hair and have different amounts of natural oils in their hair

  • Shampoo cleans the hair, conditioner... well conditions it. Use both because otherwise the shampoo will dry your hair out.

I would say it's been a couple of months but I use soap(I know it sounds weird) and people have even have ask me if I did highlight . I have dandruff and ever since I use soap my hair is not dry!
