Lust at first sight yes, LOVE? Hell no! Love is a deep rooted feeling which ignites ONLY when you love the person INSIDE, their actions their attitudes. How can you love someone when you have only seen them and never seen who they are inside. What you call 'love' is easily confused with lust. I highly doubt when a man/women has seen an attractive person and said 'awww i love them and all i want to do is hold their hand'.
