Is it normal to believe in fortune telling ?

My mother goes to the temple every now and then to get my fortune lot taken by a fortune teller.

When I was 14, fortune teller said I will get pregnant by 16. And when I'm 18 now, the fortune teller tells me I mix with wrong group of friends, and that I will not get a job in future? (my aim is to be a Japanese singer, and I have many ambitions. Only interested in the arts.)
I am also a very clumsy person as well.

Well. I am not saying if the fortune is true or not.

I just want to know ur opinions on fortune telling do YOU believe in them ? :)

    I give psychic readings to psychics while theyre giving me a psychic reading. Im a jedi.

    I don't believe in what they say and I know that it can sometimes harm people.
    There are some that can put negative suggestions in your head, predicting illness or even early death, which is unbelievably irresponsible.
    Then there are those who claim only to predict positive or constructive things. Guess what, they're not so much better. I knew someone who was told many things from her past and present which were vaguely true (but very general) and made her trust that person who then predicted "you will have one more love in your life and this one is really good for you". Her next relationship didn't go so well and the guy took advantage of her in many ways, yet when things got tough, she clung to the fortune teller's words like a mantra and ignored all evidence to the contrary. So they can do quite some damage to credulous people.

    Some are fake but holy hell we paid big money to two famous different ones overseas in different cities and both if them said the same thing about my dad. Some I think are frauds

    I don't believe in them. I mean, I already have enough dreams and random writings coming true. I don't need a fortune teller telling me bullshit.
