Is it normal to believe births should be limited per family?
As most people in the 1st world know, the world's population of humans is well above 7 billion and still growing quickly. Of course, the Earth is large enough to have living space for us all, but what about the resources? All of us humans are exploiting all of the food on the planet and once the population gets too large, resources will run out and people will most likely begin to die. However, this is unlikely due to some of the precautions that might be taken in the near future. Take Japan for example. They are not contributing to the world's problem of overpopulation, and still are a powerful country. Now, I'm not saying we need to do something really drastic, just encourage people in civilized countries to have just one birth per family. That way the population doesn't grow so quickly and we don't end up resourceless and starved. We should lower the population by having less babies to about a billion, then keep it there and make sure it doesn't grow too large or too small. Is it normal to think births should be limited per family?
