Is it normal to become cold and detached when there's drama around?
I never could deal with other people fretting and being depressed, so I trained myself to become distant when I see or hear another person suffering when I can't help them, or if they start openly complaining about what's troubling them for extended periods of time. Is my emotional detachment normal?
