Is it normal to be weird?

Yeah, I know the question itself is weird since it sort of implies that it's not, but that is because, what I really want to know is whether or not it is "okay".

You see, I am 20 years old now and I have never had a boyfriend (no guy has ever even been interested), and I suppose it's because I am a little.. unusual.
For instance, I love a lot of outsider-ish things, such as art, philosophising, anime, video games or reptiles, and then I'm also a little "crazy" in general (like, sometimes I meow just for fun, and so on). I've heard that some boys like girls that are a little weird, but either none have ever passed my way or maybe I'm too much to handle at once. Or they don't exist after all.

I don't even know, all I know is that this loneliness is driving me insane... So that's why I'm asking:

Is it normal (or okay) to be like this?

    You are awful young to be hung up on having a guy. You sound like you'd be more fun than a barrel of monkeys to be with, but I've already got a great girlfriend, sorry.
    Go places where others are that share your interests; art galleries, zoos (the reptile exhibits), video game places, etc.
    Maybe try to get a part time job in one of those places.
    Relax, life is long and you are young; you'll do fine.

    I may be ten months late to this party, but how's this for weird? I think I already love you, hahah. You sound like the perfect girl to me. Physical appearance means nothing to me, I look more for someone, well, like you. Unusual, weird, philosophical girls are the most fun to talk with. Y'all tend to be more interesting and intelligent than your average girl. I also love anime. A few favourites of mine are Fullmetal Alchemist, DBZ, Sailor Moon, Fairy Tail, et cetera. And I suck at drawing myself and have only one of like a hundred drawings I actually like, but I love art and I'm sort of poet. Sort of, as in I think everything I write sucks, but I've a few fans :p I've some ideals many people consider strange and outlandish and I had two friends in the past who meowed and nya'd rather regularly, so that's rather normal, as well. These things you think are weird in you, many would see as pleasantly normal. Just be comfortable with who you are, love. Mister Perfect is out ther somewhere and you'll find him some day, he'll most certainly come your way eventually. I wish you luck.

    You are nervous around people that's why you meow. You would stop meowing as you grow up and eventually you'll find someone to date.
