Is it normal to be virgin when i am 19 years old?

Hello guys or girls i just wanted to ask if its normal to be virgin at 19. My problem is i am really bad at flirting everytime i speak to a girl i get so excited that i can't even articulate my words properly and girls start to laugh at me. I feel so sad cuz all my other friends tell they sexual stories after parties and everytime when they ask me i don't know how to answer why i dont have a girlfriend. I dunno if the problem is because i live in western europe but i look different then others cuz i am asian do you think its normal because i am asian so i don't have chance to find a girlfriend or is it just my fault Please answer i'll appreciate it :).
