I recently (like 5 weeks ago) started dating this girl. I fell in love with her like a week in our relationship. She always says she loves me and i tell her back. Im her first Boyfriend she ever had because her dad didn't want her to date but i met her parents and they ended up liking me. My problem is , i get upset because she doesn't text me that much anymore and its only the 6th week.I feel as if she doesn't really like me, shes only dating me because im the first person to ask her out. Is that normal. and even if it is or isn't please give me some advice. ANYONE

    If you are her first boyfriend, I'm sure you mean a lot to her. Maybe she just feels more comfortable around you know and has relaxed on the texting.

      I agree! I think she simply isn't the text type, but likes you just as much. I don't like texting that much either :P

    Could it be she was just using you to break free from her parents? Like: Mom! I am going out with that guy you like so much. You know? the one I introduced you to?
    Then she goes off dating some bad boy...
    It is a common strategy. Or maybe you did something to scare her off. Or who knows, maybe she just thinks you are boring and would rather spend her days watching bad tv and playing cook the turkey with her mom. Could be anything. Why don't you just ask her?
    Like: ehm. It's me. I wanted to ask you something. How come you do not text me as much as you did before? Did I do something wrong? Are you hanging out with me just because you can't find anyone else? even if you don't really like me? Just tell me the truth OK? Well I simply noticed you were growing distant and I was asking myself what is going on. What you mean nothing? Is this because I refused to go down on you?     It's possible that she may be dating you for the novelty, but if it's really true, the relationship won't last long anyway. People tend to really like someone when they first know them, start getting sick of them later, then go back to like or normal even later. She may be in second stage and needs a while to get to the third stage
