Yes, that's a much more constructive use of your time than thinking about someone you don't like.

The more you think about someone you like, the more you like them and the more attractive they seem so it's kinda a win win

Hmm, I'm able to just drop anyone out of my life if I choose to, even if they have played a big part in it...I honestly don't see the point in thinking about such things if you aren't going to act on the thoughs.
