Is it normal to be unable to eat foods in moderation?
I can't stop thinking about food. It's almost all that I care about. I am either at one extreme of starving myself because I hate food so much because of what it does to me or I am overeating and gorging myself because it tastes so fucking good!!!!
Anyway take chocolate for example. A little piece of dark chocolate is good if you have a little tiny bit in moderation every few days or so. However, I can never only eat a tiny bit. I have to eat it all. So for me, nothing is in moderation. I'm either indulging or I have to give it up completely. I know you're supposed to eat in moderation, but the most effective way for me to eat healthy is to completely give everything up. Normal?
