Is it normal to be twitter peeted? does anyone know what that means?

I am absolutely crazy, head over heals in love with this one guy. So I tell all my friends that I am "twitter peeted" over this guy.... Just so I can express how I feel! No one seems to know what that means. Do any of you???? Because now I am trying to figure out where the hell I got that term.
