whenever i have to pee i get really aroused, to the point where i could probably orgasm right then and there. and when i pee its gone, like im just normal again. am i the only one that gets like this?

    Idk if you are a boy or girl but if I need to pee badly, I start to feel aroused sometimes. I figure it's because I'm clenching and it's probably inadvertently stimulating me.

    Yes it is creating pressure. So you might possibly get aroused by it. Though not healthy to hold in pee. Just for the record.
