    I've only known one girl who wore plastic bag outfits but that's all. I seriously don't know any others, because they're are girls that when you mention wearing plastic outfits, they're like "eew, yuck."

        I haven't met any black bag ladies so far.
        I think the black bags are more expensive than the green ones and cater to a different class of bag-ladies, maybe uptown bag ladies.
