For some reason I've always found men's hands really sexy. It especially turns me on when they wear black leather gloves...ooh im getting hot just talking about it! i kinda like it when they put their hand over my mouth too, is that weird? I dont like all hands tho, they can't be feminine or chubby or small.
I can relate. I am male and for me female hands are (one of) the most sexually arousing body parts and I also have similar criteria as you mention, e.g. they can´t be chubby, small or masculine (in my case).
As I think that I have a hand fetish, I voted Normal here.
However, I am surprised to see that not many men see female hands as sexually arousing. A few days ago I opened a poll here: http://isitnormal.com/poll/hands-of-your-real-o..., and only two men voted for "I find hands of my partner sexually arousing", most of the male users voted "aesthetically pleasing".
So our preference is probably not widespread (it seems that it it even more rare for males than females) but I guess we are not alone with this hand-thing:)
