Is it normal to be too small to properly wear a condom?

No matter how small I can find them, I never seem to get them to really stay on. They don't even stretch at the sides, they just sit on it and slide off as soon as any friction is put on them.

I've tried un-lubricated, both sides AND one side. I've tried all sorts of thicknesses, and none of them fit any better, and yes, I AM putting them on correctly. Is this normal in any way?

    They sell condoms in all sizes just ask the pharmacist for help on which brand carries a smaller size .

    well, I AM erect while using it. I'm only about an inch in diameter when erect, and only 4 and 3/4'ths long. when not erect, it's just a nondescript flab of skin less than an inch in length.

    I have the same problem. It's discouraging to look at the dozens of different condoms at the drug store and see that they are all too large
