Is it normal to be tired but unable to sleep?
My sleeping hours have been messed up for a while now, I started staying up to watch the sun rise and ended up getting little to no sleep at all. After about a month I decided to quit because I realized I was starting to look like a zombie.
I tried to get back on track but it feels impossible. I've slept fourteen hours one day/night then slept three the next... Last night I tried going to bed at 3 AM but I couldn't even fall asleep until 5 AM.
So is it normal to sleep like this or am I just screwed?
