Is it normal to be this resentful for her decisions?

My Aunt's son's doctor told her that her son has been gaining roughly 30 pounds every 2 months and that his medication is causing him to crave sugar and his blood sugar to be elevated and speed up the process of weight gain. So instead of putting him on a diet, she just keeps feeding him (I fucking swear she is trying to see how fat she can get him before anyone says anything).

He also has other health conditions (muscular-skeletal) associated with his increasing weight gain. Now normally I don't pay attention to all of the junk food she feeds him, with no concern for the very real health risks that she is exposing him to (he is 14m and she even goes as far as to say that he need to learn for himself that his eating habits suck, WTF you taught him to eat like that!!!!)

So this morning, I hear her come in and shout to her fatass son sitting on the computer "I ordered us some brownies!" while there were tons of cookies on the table. I just wanted to smack her and tell her that she is killing her son and how horrible of a person she is for ignoring the doctors and continuing to murder that kid that doesn't f**king know any better because he's spoiled as shit and his father can't do anything about it or his wife will put him in anger-management (even though the man is about as violent as the blanket I am sitting on, not a violent blanket btw).

Is it normal to be this pissed at her for fucking up her son's health without a care in the world for how it is going to affect him in the future.

Also, to clarify
I'm not a troll
I don't hate her
I don't hate fat people
I just think that this is a terrible parenting fallacy
It is my business if my cousin does get diabetes and dies. I will not argue that.

I think it's totally normal! I would feel the same if I was in your shoes.

Wow, seriously that's not right. The kid could die at a young age. Someone needs to talk to her, she needs to put him on a diet ASAP. It's normal for you to be concerned. I hate when parents don't raise children properly as well.
