I am so crazy jealous if I even think he glances at another woman I'm livid. I tell myself chill and I'm being retarded to no avail. He's never done anything to warrant me being this way and I know I'm attractive.... Why can I not control my jealously and distrust that he's doing something wrong?
If he's checking out women in your presence, this is blatantly rude on his part. If it's occasional and unintentional, it's normal but still can be hard to get used to. We are all human. Talk to him about it if it's excessive, obvious and embarassing to you. Tell him how you feel. He may not realize it at all. If you feel he's doing this on purpose to hurt you and demean you and make you jealous, he's a jerk and you don't need him.
It could be general trust issues or it can even be related to how you were treated during your childhood... If you werent a secure child then you're sure enough not going to be secure or as secure as an adult now.
Jealous is linked to insecurity, you maybe aware of your attractiveness but it doesn't mean that you still can't have insecurities.
Another idea is that you may just be a very dominant person, meaning you don't like to have anyone peer on some of you most beloved possessions (in this case your bf). It's instinct to be like that sometimes, just some of us face it more then others.
Yes I have been cheated on and lied to before then.... But I was crazy jealous and distrusting even before then. ;(
Have u been cheated on or lied to before?if you have in previous relationships then it's not ur fault that u have trust issues but if you know your current partner has never done anything to not make u trust him then give him a break before he gets tired of it!
