Is it normal to be this excited to settle down?

I'm a senior in high school and all I ever daydream about is the day I'm done with this hectic, constantly changing part of life. I'm so excited to find the man of my dreams, and settle down, and have a more routine life, rather than the crazy, unpredictable, bipolar years. I don't know if it's normal or not to feel so excited about that while I'm still this young. I have no clue.

    Life is hectic and constantly changing. That is something you can not escape.

    It makes sense that you'd want something stable and secure in your life. Maybe you associate settling down with that? Not sure.
